What is stress

Have you noticed that our time is moving faster? You certainly won’t say it’s because you work too much?

The right answer is: Because we are in the funnel of time, which is in his closing faze«.

If you observe the flow of daily time; you get up in the morning, go to work… it’s already two o´clock, you feel like you haven’t done anything. When you get home, it is already evening.

You ask yourself, “How is this possible? I don’t have time for rest nor for children. How can I stop stress? What can I do?

You start thinking about changing your business. This is definitely  the basis for that! But until you will not notice the core base, you canˋt  stop time and you canˋt stop your current state of stress.

Have you ever said to yourself : ” Iˋd rather go to live in the mountains, just to get away from this crazy world.” 

But this is not a get away from our “crazy” world, if we may say like that?

This is escape from yourself, from not being able to stop and not being able to stop programming your thoughts in to » I MUST DO THAT«!

Everyone knows that we have families, obligations, moments when we have to take care of others.

Throughout the history we learned false cognitions and we continuously  said: “I sacrifice myself and stend up for another person, I work for someone else, ..”

We have been programmed over and over again that it is our duty to sacrifice ourself for someone else.

THE MEANING OF LIFE IS JOURNEY OF OURSELVES

When you realize that the meaning of life is a journey of ourselves and not to serve others, not to sacrifice for others, it means  we start modeling ourselves after Mother Nature .

For example animals first take care of themselves. They are egotistically lazy. They know when to stop, sleep,sunbathe. eat. When they are tired, they go to sleep.

They care very little about others, because they are fundamentally the most important.

When they have their yungs, they make sure they become independent and after they move them away.

THE MEANING OF LIFE IS JOURNEY OF OURSELVES

First of all, when we are born, they reeducated us to care for others, for society, to look after retirement for others. That we should take care of different funds, to get some extra money, so we will have a sandwich or two more in our older age. We should take care for insurance companies, health care, all systems, because they will need us, so we could somehow live judiciously in symbiosis.

When we get married, we are further challenged by partner relationships. And of course there is an additional education which we receive from our parents; » where is our place in marriage«.

Follows business circle, where we serve others again.

Then we sacrifice for a lifetime for our childrens. We don’t have a courage to tell them at the age of forty, that they are adults and can live on their own! We are going to take care of them untill death?

Five minutes before you leave this world, you will stop, think and say to yourself: “Where was I?”

Have you ever consider that we come alone on this world, we basically live alone and we leave alone. What’s the problem? In ourself?

Problem is in the program!

Facebook, Google – very good! Computers –  pretty good …

Try to move the first line of phones away. Try your computer education to shut down when you get home. Maybe you will have a problem because you will not know what to do with yourself?

Don’t go in hand with the latest developing technology, nevertheless they say it’s our future. Yes, but it also has big consequences.

Focus on your life and reduce the eight hour workday to six hours. And maybe four hours work for others and take the rest for yourself.

You will see how fantastic your life will be. You won’t need to pay credits, because you will not owe them. You will not waste, you will be laying under the mild sky, maybe made love, appreciated a little more, and the rest of time cooked and socialized. Like in old times!

It is important to put in front yourself – your life.

WITH THE MOTHER OF EVERYTHING THAT SURROUNDS US.

UNTIL YOU WILL NOT PUT YOURSELF ON A RIGHT PLACE, there will never be a future for you, only traped present.

Why we don’t move energy of love? Why do we hate each other? Why are we in ultimatums? Why are we in demands? We should go with the flow. Drop it.

Be the Universe!

When we feel ourself, we become a transmitter, a calm frequency, and we attract like-minded. That kind of people gives strength, breakthrough and share collective loving energy. They transform and are be able to change those who are not of the same mind.

This shared energy of harmony puts you in a flow of contentment because then you come to a stage where you say to yourself: “I am the priority! I need rest. I won’t work as much as otherswants. I feel how much  and what  body needs.

And then you get into the harmony of balance and you are just who you are.

WHEN WE ARE IN BALANCE WITH OURSELVES THERE IS NO STRESS.

Until you will not breathe with  mother nature, you won’t breathe alone  with yourself.  This is the basis.

When do you stop? When you have a stroke! Then everyone else can do everything!

When do you stop? When an illness stops you.

When do you stop? When death overtakes you. When something hits you that you can’t grasp. Before that, it hardly happened that you ask yourself, are you honest with yourself?

THE BASIS OF THE JOURNEY IS YOU!

That doesnˋt mean you should not be compassionate toward others, that you  do not notice others, that you canˋt  help others. No! Because when you are in harmony and balance, you will help without even wondering why are you doing it. You simply move on. 

Because you won’t make sacrifices,you will just do it with ease. You understand the difference? This is your win – win situation.

With such an awareness and layout, you stop your time. When you stop your time during the day, you  can simply say: ” This is all what I have done for today. Now it is time for others., or maybe nobady will do it..

Your view of the concept should change. Release it! Let’s make it unobligable.

If you want to bring your stress quickly into balance, you need to know that  everything started with the mental energy. This energy stops, because you can’t take it anymore, you exceeded your limits.

At that moment you need to think, where in the body this anger is building up, where energy started to accumulate?

Simply very slowly inhale through your nose. Imagine observing the mist of inhalation with your inner eyes (like squinting to see what’s at the end of your nose). 

Start to perceive fresh, clean energy in front of your nose.

Observing this energy slowly begin to inhale it. The path of breath takes this energy through the nose, through third eye, to the top of the brain. From there breath in spiral shape spills the energy around the brain.
