Every day we should be in the fresh air for at least 30 minutes. It would be grate to make min. 6.000 steps. That means being in contact with nature: walking, trekking, arranging garden … 

It is amazing spending some time by the lake, stream, sea, forest. To catch some sun (D3 vitamin). If it possible, try to walk barefoot.

At the same time we focus on conscious breathing; inhale, exhale and notice the silence between them.

2. Building block: WATER.

It is important to dring approx. 2 – 2,5 l water per day. The amount of water (l) suitable for your body, can be calculated using the formula 0,03 x weight. Try to drink the entire recommended amount until 3 p.m. (not to strain internal organs, especially kidneys). The best is to listen to yourself.

What kind of water are you drinking? The best quality is directly from the spring. Tap water has no vital energy. To make it alive again, we can add a piece of fruit (lemon, orange, strawberry), cucumber, crystal or a pinch of himalayan salt. 

3. Building block: REST & SLEEP.

We should rest at least ones a day (lie down, stretch and relax the body & spine). We need  from 7-9  hours of sleep/night (depends on each individual).

Sleep is restorative, we allow our body to repair and rebuild. It is a powerful stress – reliever and helps to maintain a healthy body weight.

Getting enough sleep is essential to every process in the body, affecting our physical and mental functioning the next day, our ability to fight disease and develop good imunity, metabolism and cronic disease risk.

Sleep deprivation symptoms:

  • fatugue
  • mood changes
  • difficulty concentrating
  • memory problems
  • paranoia
  • hallucinations

4. Building block: ENERGY.

100% – only 10% of energy is obtained from food, as long as it is correct 

What to put in your mouth:

  • local food
  • seasonal
  • bio.

5. Building block: POSTURE

The amount of force exerted on the head of an adult human who is looking down at the phone is 60 pounds (27,21 kg). This is roughy the weight of six plastic grocery bags.

It is urged that we train ourself to be avare of our posture and stare strait ahead into phone screen. Otherwise we are stressing our spine, which may lead to early wear, tear, degeneration and possibly surgeries.

Imbalances in your body & feet can have a direct effect on your kness, hips, back and neck. Stabilizing orthosis can help you have a balanced foundadtion and can improve your overall health. For correcting and healing degenerations you need a good Osteopath.

Good way to detoxify body:

  • infrared sauna 
  • hot baths: epsom, himalayan & sea salt
  • field horsetail

Movement isn`t a solo, it`s a symphony!

In order to be in good physical shape we should:

  • combine different sport activities ( strenght training, movement class, yoga, pilates, outside activities, team sports, dance, flexibility training, )
  • never forget to stretch before and after doing sport
  • do not exaggerate and listen to your body when needs rest

When we are full of pain & negative emotiones (fear, anger, worry, sadness…), we are not in harmony, we can`t be calm, joyful, creative. We do not have inner peace. 

We can`t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.

We need to pay attention to ourselves, to our feelings. To achive that we need time, energy and decision to be the change that we want to see in the world.

Every day we should do thinks that makes us joyful. We need to smile and sorround ourselves with people that gives us a lot of love. 

Only we decide what thoughts we will have in our heads.
